Remainderwith colonade front, adequate attached and detached offices of every description, pleasure grounds, gardens, and shrubbery walks, refreshed by a canal, fish pond, and small river, and a rich paddock, the whole containing about thirty-two acres, delightfully situate on the south side of Smallbury Green, and extending to Isleworth, in Middlesex, only eight miles from the metropolis; the property and residence of David Godfrey, Esq. Also a small rich meadow, and piece of garden ground, containing about four acres. Which will be sold by auction, by Messrs. Skinner and Dyke, on Thursday the 21st of May, 1795, at twelve o'clock, at Garraway's Coffee-House, 'Change Alley, Cornhill, in three lots. To be viewed till the sale, by tickets, which may be had, with printed particulars, of Messrs. Skinner and Dyke, Aldersgat Street.
