Many of the printed books are with manuscript additions and notes of learned men; and many of the manuscripts unpublished, and relate to the antiquities and history of Great Britain. Many others in heraldry, and the pedigrees of all our nobility, baronets, and other gentlemen, and most of them very ancient.
