RemainderWho desire to subscribe what sums shall be necessary for relieving, reforming and employing the poor: but first to begin only with the poor of those three parishes, of St. Martins in the fields, St. James's and St. Anne's Westminster. And if what shall be then done, in relation to those poor, shall, by that example, appear to be rational, and that it would be for the general good of the kingdom, that the like methods should be practis'd, in all parts of this realm; then, further subscriptures may be taken for relieving, reforming and employing all the poor of Great Britain; with an introduction thereunto, and some observations thereupon
