A Common-Council holden in the Chamber of the Guildhall of the city of London, on Thursday the 16th day of October, 1755, and in the twenty-ninth year of the reign of Our Soverign Lord George the second, King of Great Britain, &c. The committee for letting this city's lands, did this day deliver into this court, a report in writing under their hands, in relation to the better method for letting this city's estates, which was read in these words:
